Our Holistic Approach
As a drug-free and non-invasive manual therapy, classical osteopathy is a method of
assessing and treating by reestablishing structural and functional homeostasis. “Osteo”
means Bone, but Osteopathy assesses and treats the whole body from head to toe including
bones, ligaments, muscle, fascia, skin, viscera, and more. It is based on the principle
that health and well-being thrives best when all these parts are structurally and
functionally in balance.
Osteopathy uses soft touch, gentle physical manipulation, stretching, massage, and muscle
activation techniques to increase the mobility of joints and relieve muscle tension. This
enhances the blood and nerve supply to tissues and improves the body’s own healing mechanisms.

Bryan then expanded his career in Toronto as a youth sports coach and kinesiologist.
Recognizing the increasing need for manual therapy in enhancing his clients' overall health, Bryan advanced his education at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton. There, he earned his Master of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences in 2021, studying under the mentorship of Robert Johnston, M.OMSc. In 2022, he deepened his expertise in Cranial Sacral Therapy through specialized training with the Upledger Institute.
Bryan's commitment to expanding his knowledge led him to the UK, where he studied under British Osteopath John Gibbons. Looking ahead, Bryan plans to continue his professional development in animal osteopathy, reflecting his passion for expanding the reach of osteopathic care.
Bryan is a member in good standing with Osteopathy Canada (OSTCAN), which is formerly known as Ontario Osteopathic Association (OOA).
