Our Holistic Approach
As a drug-free and non-invasive manual therapy, classical osteopathy is a method of assessing and treating by reestablishing structural and functional homeostasis. “Osteo” means Bone, but Osteopathy assesses and treats the whole body from head to toe including bones, ligaments, muscle, fascia, skin, viscera, and more. It is based on the principle that health and well-being thrives best when all these parts are structurally and functionally in balance.
Osteopathy uses soft touch, gentle physical manipulation, stretching, massage, and muscle activation techniques to increase the mobility of joints and relieve muscle tension. This enhances the blood and nerve supply to tissues and improves the body’s own healing mechanisms.

There, he completed his Bachelors of Science degree in Kinesiology at McGill University in 2017. He furthered his career in Toronto as a personal trainer, childrens coach, and kinesiologist. Seeing a greater need for manual therapy in the health and wellness of his clients, Bryan continued his education at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton where he completed his Masters of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences in 2021 under the tutelage of Robert Johnston. He was further trained in Cranial Sacral Therapy by the Upledger Institute in 2022 before spending 2 years in the UK where he studied under British Osteopath John Gibbons. Bryan plans to further his education in the realm of animal osteopathy in the coming years.
